The Last Word

Simplicity.

"But I fear, lest by any means, as
the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty,
so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ."
(II Corinthians 11:3)

singleness, simplicity, sincerity,
mental honesty; the virtue of one who is free from
pretence and hypocrisy; not self seeking, openness
of heart manifesting itself by generosity

Prayer:

Lord, keep my heart and my mind free from
pretence and hypocrisy; deliver me from self-seeking;
teach me to live in the simplicity of Christ!
